Craft vaccine mandate policy that complies with OSHA standard
The OSHA emergency temporary standard requiring large employers to ensure employees are vaccinated against covid-19 stipulates that employers must “establish, implement and enforce a written mandatory vaccine policy.”
Guidance issued Nov. 4 contains sample policy language that OSHA encourages employers to adapt and include in their handbooks. Here are some of the elements such a policy should include.
